01 · Compressed raw materials
Coco peat blocks, graded husk chips and bulk coir for buyers who hydrate, blend or repack. Confirm component, grade, fines, fibre, treatment, moisture, dry weight, expansion method and packing.
02 · Crop-ready formats
Hydroponic grow bags, open-top bags and naked slabs for greenhouse and container systems. Confirm blend, expanded volume, sleeve/UV, planting and dripper holes, drainage slits and crop cycle.
03 · Propagation
Propagation plugs and starter blocks or grow cubes for seeds, cuttings, young plants and transplant stages. Confirm tray or block geometry, wrap/mesh, hole size, hydration, cohesion, treatment and carton count.
04 · Custom blends
Pith, chip and fibre recipes for buyers who specify root-zone behaviour. Start with crop duration, container, climate, irrigation and physical targets; then agree treatment, trial, tolerance and packing.
Is low-EC coir automatically buffered?
No. Washing reduces soluble salts; buffering is a separate treatment.
Why state the EC and pH method?
Results are not comparable without the extraction method, units and acceptance limits.
Can sleeve, print and holes be customised?
They can be discussed against an approved drawing and commercial quantity.
Which blend is best?
There is no universal recipe; crop, climate, container and irrigation should guide a trial.
