MANUFACTURING PRINCIPLE

Start with the job the coir must perform.

The product route should follow the crop or end use, required air–water behaviour, chemical treatment, finished geometry, packing and destination. The approved sample and written specification should describe the same commercial product.

PROCESS ROUTE

From raw coir to buyer-approved format.

Raw material selection

Coconut-husk fractions are selected and separated for the intended pith, chip, fibre or blended product route.

Washing and treatment

Washing, extra-washing and buffering are treated as separate requirements and agreed against the buyer specification.

Drying and grading

Moisture and particle distribution are prepared for the required grade, handling method and finished format.

Recipe and format

Pith, chips and fibre are combined as specified, then formed as blocks, bales, slabs, bags, plugs or custom units.

Compression and packing

Unit weight, dimensions, sleeve or bag, artwork, pallet pattern and moisture protection are aligned before packing.

Release and dispatch

Every production batch is independently laboratory-tested and reviewed against the agreed specification before commercial release.

Independent testing supports the production record.

Avee does not operate an in-house laboratory. Samples from every production batch are tested through an independent laboratory using agreed methods, and the results are reviewed against the buyer-approved specification before release.

No. Washing reduces soluble salts; buffering is a separate calcium treatment and should be specified independently.
