1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing a-vee.in, you agree to use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Website use

The website introduces Avee Substrates, its coco coir growing media, manufacturing approach, quality process and export capabilities. You may browse, print or share pages for legitimate business evaluation.

You must not disrupt the website, obtain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, harm service availability or misuse its content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

3. Enquiries and quotations

An RFQ, contact form, email or WhatsApp message starts a commercial discussion only. It does not create an order, reservation, supply commitment or binding contract.

A quotation becomes binding only when its stated conditions are accepted through the agreed commercial process. Prices, availability, lead times, minimum quantities, packing, payment, delivery and validity are governed by the quotation or later written agreement.

4. Product information and specifications

Product pages describe typical commercial formats and intended applications. Coco coir is a natural material, so colour, texture and some physical characteristics may vary between batches within agreed tolerances.

Final requirements should be confirmed in writing, including product format, particle distribution, EC and pH test method, treatment status, moisture, dimensions, expansion or volume targets, packing, labelling, quantity and destination requirements.

Photographs are illustrative and may show customised packaging, crops or growing systems. Buyers should rely on the approved specification, sample where applicable, quotation and order documents.

5. Testing and quality documents

Avee does not represent that it operates an in-house laboratory. Batch testing may be performed through an independent standard laboratory, and available reports or agreed test parameters can be discussed before supply. Results are meaningful only when the method, sample basis, units and acceptance range are identified.

6. Orders, payment and delivery

Orders are subject to written acceptance, agreed payment terms and product availability. Export packing, palletisation, container planning, documentation, Incoterms, freight responsibility, destination charges, customs clearance and insurance must be confirmed for each transaction.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Events outside reasonable control—including port congestion, carrier changes, customs delays, severe weather and regulatory action—may affect schedules.

7. Intellectual property

The Avee name, logo, website design, product photography, written content and other materials are owned by or licensed to Avee Substrates unless stated otherwise. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for legitimate business purposes.

8. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, social networks, maps or external resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Avee is not responsible for their availability or content.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
